Technical Support
Technical Support via email is available to people evaluating Blink 3D and for 30 days after purchase only. After the initial 30 days, we will continue to provide support to you but only via the Forum.
We are normally able to respond to emails within 4-8 hours. Sometimes, due to time zone differences and workload it may take up to 24 hours for a response to be received. Placing requests for help on the forum will often solicit a faster solution.
Before sending an email to support, we ask that you search the Knowledge Base and the Forum for possible answers or solutions to your problem.
When emailing in your support question please be sure to include the following:
- Your name
- Your company or organization name (if applicable)
- Your license key which can be found on your receipt (if applicable)
- Your phone number
- The name of the product you are using and the version number
- The name and version number of the OS you are using
- A description of the problem you are experiencing or your question
- The steps needed to reproduce the problem (if applicable)
- The url of the web page hosting the environment (if applicable)
