Pelican Crossing was founded in 2001. Its flagship product, Blink 3D, is a powerful yet easy to use tool for creating 3D environments. The highly intuitive, point and click development environment virtually eliminates the need for programming when creating interactive, animated 3D environments.
The company is privately held and privately financed.
This 1960's English public information film shows where the company got its name from. Actually, Pelican Crossings are being phased out in England and replaced with Puffin Crossings and Toucan Crossings.
